I know she’ll take more as my stomach grows, and it’ll be funny to see how tiny my stomach is in comparison once I’m in the 9th month, haha.
We spent the first half of the day with Oscar’s Mom and made her breakfast. Then around mid-afternoon we headed over to my parents’ house with Leela in tow and grilled hamburgers and brats.
My Mom really outdid herself with the cupcakes she made for dessert, though. They were chocolate with chcolate icing and crumbled cookie on top, but there was a little surprise of peanut butter cookie dough in the center, so when you bit into it, you tasted peanut butter cookie, too. Umm, DELICIOUS. Unless you don’t like peanut butter and chocolate together, in which case, more for me.
Hope you all had wonderful Mother’s Days and got to spend them with one or more of your favorite Moms, too.
